This is Vikas Dixit from Siemens. I'm the first person who brought the site in Celebrity Galaxy.

I have just now started the villa construction in site no. 75

Its good to see the forum of our layout.

Thanks for your interest in joining the forum. You are most welcome in this forum. Thanks for the nice (small and informative) introduction about your self.
Congratulation for starting the construction. I wish you good luck for the same.

I request other members also to introduce our self by providing Name, Site No, Layout (Galaxy or Galaxy Annexe), Mobile No, Email and Organization (if interested).
Using this information I will create a page where very easily we can get the contact details and basic intro of each other. This might be helpful in so many aspects...may be when we are starting our construction we may interact with each other for sharing any kind of information.

Hello All

Hi Tushar, welcome to celebrity forum.

As you all know that I’m doing my villa construction. Please find few observation about layout:
1) No dedicated Security person for Celebrity Galaxy.
2) No Road maintenance, no cleaning.
3) No Tree maintenance.
4) No Street lights. Only 2 lights are working out of 250+ sites.
5) Water line damaged & from last 3 months they are not repairing it.
6) All animals (cow, dogs) are coming & roaming around the layout.
7) All villagers & unknown persons from nearby village & locality are keep coming inside the layout. And no one stopping them.

All the above issues are observed by me. As I'm staying in "Celebrity Golden Treasure" & this layout is fully maintained & secure.
Even when only 1 family was staying in layout builder maintained it.

Note: During the buying site we all have paid approx. 15000/- as layout maintenance.

250 * 15000 = 3750000/- (Thirty Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand). This is huge amount & builder is not using this for layout maintenance.

I think we all have to work on this & highlight these issues to builder.

Please provide your suggestions & better strategies for this.
